Customer privacy policy

Sunday Girl shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards, SnapScan or by bank transfer into the Sunday Girl bank account, the details of which will be provided on selection of eft as payment option.

Credit card acquiring and security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Sunday Girl via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Sunday Girl separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za

Delivery policy

Subject to receipt of payment, orders will be processed immediately and confirmed by way of email with delivery information. Sunday Girl aims for domestic parcels to be delivered in 2 – 5 working days via courier. We do not however take any responsibility for 3rd party defaults in this regard. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email should you require express delivery for a special occasion.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Sunday Girl is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Sunday Girl will refund the client. Any items that are damaged may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging via courier. A copy of the waybill number should be emailed to studio@sundaygirl.co.za

Responsibility

Sunday Girl takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Electronic Communications

By using the website or communicating with Sunday Girl by electronic means, the user consents that all notices, agreements, disclosures or any other communication satisfies any legal requirement, including but not limited to the requirement that such communications should be in writing. Limited License to General Users

This website and the content may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose, without the express prior written consent of the members of Sunday Girl.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Cape Town High Court in the event of any dispute.

Variation

Sunday Girl may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
