The meaning of the Thandana symbol derives from the ancient Zulu rock art paintings . Thandana is committed to its South African heritage and so they  felt it fitting to make use of a symbol that derived from Zulu culture.

It is a symbol for the word “&” which denotes “addition”…..“to add to” The philosophy of the Thandana Brand is “to provide the gift of authentic and enduring leather bags, hand made in South Africa”.

How to clean and care for your bag

• Remove dirt build-up by wiping down with a damp cloth and dry carefully.

• Prevent colour transfer by consciously resisting the urge to rest your bag against your jeans or any dark coloured clothing

Delivery Policy

Subject to receipt of payment, orders will be processed immediately and confirmed by way of email with delivery information. Sunday Girl aims for domestic parcels to be delivered in 2 – 5 working days via courier. We do not however take any responsibility for 3rd party defaults in this regard. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email should you require express delivery for a special occasion.

Returns Policy

The provision of goods and services by Sunday Girl is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Sunday Girl will refund the client. Any items that are damaged may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned in their original packaging via courier. A copy of the waybill number should be emailed to studio@sundaygirl.co.za
